Terms of Use

These terms of use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website solodevagency.fr (hereinafter the "Site"), operated by MEIZ (EURL).

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

1. Purpose

The Site presents the coaching services offered by Solo Dev Agency (webinars, 1:1 coaching, training) and lets users register for them.

2. Site access

The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. Costs related to access (hardware, software, internet connection) are the user's sole responsibility.

MEIZ reserves the right to suspend, modify, or interrupt access to the Site, in particular for maintenance, without incurring any liability.

3. User account

Registering for a webinar or for the member area requires accurate information (first name, email). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.

Access to the member area (app.solodevagency.fr) is granted via a magic link sent to the registered email. No password is stored.

4. User conduct

By using the Site, you agree to:

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Not use any robot, script, or automated means to access the Site or extract data
  • Not disrupt the Site's operation (attack, overload, virus, malicious code)
  • Not reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit the Site's content for commercial purposes
  • Comply with applicable French law

MEIZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user not complying with these rules.

5. Intellectual property

All content published on the Site (texts, images, videos, logos, code, design, the "Solo Dev Agency" trademark) is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Any reproduction, representation, translation, or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from MEIZ, is prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting.

6. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in detail in our privacy policy.

7. Liability

MEIZ undertakes to provide the Site and content with due care. However, MEIZ cannot be held liable for:

  • Access interruptions due to maintenance, failures, or any event beyond its control
  • Consequences of using information published on the Site (provided for information only)
  • Content of third-party sites linked from the Site

8. Modifications

MEIZ reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the date of your last connection to the Site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after a prior amicable resolution attempt, the courts of Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.
